1. Acceptance and operator

The website verejan.com is operated by Reclama Verejan II. The project was created and developed by Iurie Verejan in the Republic of Moldova.

By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services

The site presents IuVe, Genesis CMS, web development, design, digital products, portfolio materials and communication channels. Features may change, be suspended or discontinued.

3. User responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, use the site lawfully and protect any credentials issued to you. You are responsible for content you submit and for having the rights necessary to submit it.

4. Prohibited conduct

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, upload malicious code, scrape abusively, impersonate others, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activities.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the site, Genesis CMS, branding, design, text, code and original materials belong to Reclama Verejan II and/or Iurie Verejan and are protected by applicable law. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the public site.
